Autumn: Beauty of your abundant life

Autumn is peeking around the corner and it’s my favorite season of the year.

I don’t know if it is the cooling temperature, the warm color of the landscape, the crisping of the leaves, or the beauty of change.

I feel like autumn is the perfect time to reflect on happiness, harvest new ideas, and relish the abundance of daily learnings that always appear on my doorstep (or mailbox, inbox, desk, etc.)…you get the picture.

As 2012 moves along and you start thinking about what you have accomplished, planned to do, still plan to do, and probably won’t get to, I encourage you to:

  • be gentle with yourself.

  • spend time loving your life.

  • acknowledging the fruits of your labor.

  • focus on the things that have served you.

  • pay attention to the people who nurtured you.

  • notice what brought you the most joy.

  • appreciate your strengths.

  • celebrate all the things that are going well.

Use this Autumn Reflection wheel to capture your thoughts.

Let me know what comes up for you – so I can join in celebrating YOUR abundant life for 2012 (…so far…we still have more of 2012 to go).
