I’m nervous and have never worked with a coach.
That is a natural feeling because it is brand new. Having a coach is like having a personal fitness trainer. The personal fitness trainer helps improve your fitness level. Coaching helps improve your daily living level – and/or supports your success in completing something that is important to you.
How can coaching benefit me?
Coaching is tailor made to fit your goals and needs. It is all about you.
How do the sessions work?
We talk at the schedule time (via telephone) and work on your area(s) of least satisfaction. We can also work on projects to help you keep moving and access the support you need.
How many sessions are best?
Usually 3 sessions work well because they give clients time to get coached, work on their next steps, and then follow up with the next coaching session.
