Have you set an intention for today as you wrap up September?

Have you set yourself up for a clear reset and solid recharge for the upcoming 31 days?

If you’re still working on this, here are 3 things to consider:

Review and calibrate
Review your journal entries from the current month. Look for any themes and life lessons. Calibrate your bold mindset so you can feel confident moving into the next month.

Create a mini transition plan
As you are thinking ahead and selecting the course you will take to enjoy and thrive during the next month - it’s important to have a plan. A mini-transition plan has 3-to-5 key action items that will guide you for the next 30-to-31 days.

Invest in your learning
Select one personal development opportunity for the upcoming month. Schedule time to fully experience it. This can include signing up for a workshop, purchasing or checking out a book, listening to a new podcast, or working with a coach. The point is - be intentional about investing in yourself.
