7 things to remember when you outline your SUCCESS STRATEGIES based on self-compassion:
S: Shatter any societal barriers you may see in the media that suggest success has one specific look.
U: Unite your dreams with your daily goals.
Spend time understanding the connections between your dreams and goals and how this will keep you moving toward the success markers YOU have created for yourself.
C: Celebrate your daily accomplishments and keep building on them. These daily accomplishments can be big or small. Be sure to acknowledge them.
C: Concentrate on what makes you – you, and what makes you tick. Growing up (even as an adult) can be confusing. You know yourself the best and by focusing on this, you can make decisions that keep you moving toward your personal success.
E: Experience things that keep you growing and thriving. This can be a challenge when it’s easiest to stick with things that are familiar. Your personal success will be supported if you can expand your worldview.
S: Silence the internal dialogue that suggests you are unworthy or that going for [insert goal] is not for people like you.
S: Start each day focusing on what is possible. Shine a lens on being your best self so that success, large or small, will be continually nurtured.
