What does it mean for you to “stand tall”? 

It's difficult to stand tall if you’re still feeling wounded from a hurdle that banged you up a little more than expected.

Use these tips to boldly patch yourself up so you can stand in your worth and power.

Grab your pom poms
Be your own cheerleader! Point out your accomplishments and successes. Review any memorabilia that pumps you up and positively shifts your energy.

Update your vision board
Maybe your goals have shifted after this setback? That’s fine. Use this opportunity and data to update your vision board. Get clear and be specific about the direction you want to move towards next. Plus, engaging in a creativity activity is a great stress reducer.

Go on vacation
If you have unused leave time, use it! Take yourself on a big or small vacation. Plan your own retreat and enjoy having some time off. Low on funds? Plan a staycation. Read the fun books you’ve been meaning to read. Visit your local sightseeing spots. Cook yourself a delicious and semi-complicated meal.
