How did you sparkle and step into your glow - when things were going well - or not so well?
One of the Bold Living Diet’s principles is “Learn to love yourself consistently”.
For a lot of us, we get busy doing things and trying to manage a whole lot.
And because of so many distractions, stressors, and things vying for our attention, self-love habits tend to get neglected and fall off our radar.

What does this look like?
S: See yourself winning even when you are experiencing uncertainty.
P: Pay attention to what you are saying to yourself and believing about yourself.
A: Allow yourself to be okay with challenges. There is always an important lesson.
R: Rest. Allow time to relax, release, and refuel.
K: Keep asking for help. Ask for what you need. Do not hesitate.
L: Let yourself be a skilled beginner. It’s ok to start over and do things differently even though you’re XX years old.
E: Eliminate the habit of comparing yourself to others. You are enough.
