Raise your hand if you are heading back into your regular schedule/work week - tomorrow.
How are you feeling?
How are you preparing?
Here are 3 key ways to prepare for the week ahead – while you’re still enjoying your weekend.
1. Write it down.
Capture everything that’s on your mind for the days and week ahead. Write down all the big and small items and details that are rattling around in your brain and occupying your thoughts. Capture them in your productivity app, journal, planner, or wherever you keep your “to do” lists.
2. Pause your overthinking.
When you start to mentally drown or blank out when you look over your hefty list, take a moment and pause. Then organize the items on your list into three categories.

3. Set your intentions.
Think about how you want to engage in activities and action items on your list. Set an intention for the way(s) you will support, nurture, and encourage yourself. Be mindful about falling into comparison traps and pushing yourself to keep up with others. Create a customize motivational structure that positively fuels you – even when you feel challenged or tired.
