Happy Wednesday, Bold-Thinkers!
If you’ve been following along with the B.O.L.D. Journaling Prompts for this month, you would know today’s prompt is “TIME”.
As a productivity strategist, I enjoy helping my clients maximize their time focusing on what matters most to them.
We may be focusing on a project, parenting tools, a wellness goal, creative endeavors, a life transition, or just how to live boldly.
With things moving so quickly around us – I often hear people talk about time sucks, running out of time, time flying, and wondering how to find the time.
Sometimes we can be completely on top of things – and getting things done well – and then POOF – time escapes us.
When upgrading the productivity habits of my clients – I remind then to slow everything down and to focus on:
Mapping
This is your planning time. It involves brainstorming, thinking, and outlining your action plan.
It’s your pre-work and helps you align your goals and values.
Engaging
This is where the bold work takes place.
This is your creative stage when you execute the action plans from the mapping stage.
This is the exciting and hard work stage that requires you to cut away the unimportant.
Webbing
This is the tricky space that may cause mental hurdles or setbacks.
Many of us forget about the webbing stage because we don’t talk about it or actively think about it.
This is the “in between” time when we are engaging – but still figuring things out.
This is the phase where attention to complementary action items becomes critical.
It’s also an open stage where you can focus on skill develop and enjoy your natural curiosity.
How are you making your time work for you?
What support or tools do you think would support your productivity?
How can I help?
