S: Shatter any societal barriers you may see in the media that suggest success has one specific look.
U: Unlearn ideas and thoughts that suggest you’re not enough or that you’re not worthy.
C: Celebrate your daily accomplishments and keep building on them. These daily accomplishments can be big or small. Be sure to acknowledge them.
C: Concentrate on what makes you – you. Growing up (even as an adult) can be confusing. You know yourself the best and by focusing on this, you can make decisions that keep you moving toward your personal success.
E: Experience things that keep you growing and thriving. This can be a challenge when it’s easiest to stick with things that are familiar. Your personal success will be supported if you can expand your worldview.
S: Silence the internal dialogue that suggests you are unworthy or that going for [insert goal] is not for people like you.
S: Start each day focusing on what is possible. Shine a lens on being your best self so that success, large or small, will be continually nurtured.
