1. Let go
Let go of anything that makes you feel tense, unworthy, or overtaxed. Let the autumn season be your time to detox.
2. Utilize your natural talents
During this autumn season, slow down and spend some time identifying your natural talents. Map out ways you can use your natural talents to support your creativity, philanthropy,and your goals.
3. eXtend self-compassion
Autumn is the season of rebirth. It's a great time for forgiveness. Extend some self-compassion to yourself. Let go of hurts that make you feel burdened.
4. Enforce your boundaries
Establishing healthy boundaries is a critical way to maximize your power and pleasure. Having healthy and strong boundaries allows you to put your self-love habits on the front burner - unapologetically.
