I’m nervous and have never worked with a coach.

That is a natural feeling because it is brand new. Having a coach is like having a personal fitness trainer. The personal fitness trainer helps improve your fitness level. Coaching helps improve your daily living level – and/or supports your success in completing something that is important to you.

How can coaching benefit me?

Coaching is tailor-made to fit your goals and needs. It is all about you.

How do the sessions work?

We talk at the scheduled time (via telephone) and work on your area(s) of least satisfaction. We can also work on projects to help you keep moving and access the support you need.

Where are Coaching Sessions held?

The sessions are held via phone or computer. As long as you have access to a phone or the internet, you can be located anywhere.

On what days of the week can I schedule a Coaching Session?

The sessions can be scheduled Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm PST (PDT).

I feel like I’m all over the place. Will we work to organize my ideas during the Coaching Sessions?

Absolutely! You will also receive tools to help you maintain your organization as you create a plan for your work, project, dream, or goal.

Who will take notes during the Coaching Sessions?

Clients are encouraged to dedicate a binder, notebook, or notepad to their Coaching Sessions. If necessary, Kanesha will capture key points and send out a summary 24-48 hours after the session. This may include accountability tools and worksheets. A resource list may also be included if it is relevant to the session.

Is there a payment plan for Coaching Sessions?

There is no payment plan for Brainstorming Sessions.
